Aromatherapy

A treatment that uses the scents and aromas of herbal extract essential oils from plants such as flowers and trees to improve health and rejuvenation of mine, body and spirit.

Traditional Chinese Massage

This form of treatment has been used for over 2000 years. Treatment may use acupuncture, exercise or massage. Its aim is to adjust and harmonies Yin and Yang- inner and outer, body and mind.

Shiatzu (Japanese Massage)

Utilizes natural body weight to apply pressure to the body¡¯s meridians and assisted stretching techniques. It stimulates circulation and removes deep seated tensions from the muscles.

Acupuncture*

Treatment involves inserting very fine needles into the skin to stimulate specific points in the body to restore health. Conditions it may alleviate include digestive, respiratory, muscles-skeletal, emotional/ psychological, gynecological.

Stepping Massage

Treatment consists of applying pressure to the acupressure points along the meridian lines of the body by using the feet.

Scraping (Gua Sha)

A traditional technique that uses a special instrument to firmly ¡°brush¡± the skin. Used to invigorate blood circulation and especially effective for alleviating common cold symptoms and muscular tension.

Cupping

A traditional technique that employs the use of glass cups to draw toxins and impurities to the surface skin. It also improves the local blood circulation and releases muscular restriction and tension.
