Please note the following for Online Booking:

• For booking within 2 hours, please book with us by phone or mobile

• For booking outside of opening hour, please book with us by phone, mobile or email (email also requires at least 2 hours of confirmation time)

• For booking of more than 3 month in advance, please book with us by email

• The online booking service is provided for 30 minutes or more (excepted for scraping or cupping), if you wish to book an appointment of less than 30 minutes please contact us by phone or mobile

• This online booking service is provided as mechanism to let us know your preference for your appointment time, date, practitioner and other information therefore please do not assume that the selection made will definitely be available until those details are confirmed

• Confirmation is made by email or/ and mobile therefore if you wish it to be made by email or mobile only please let us know in the comment box

• Total amount ($) shown is the standard price of the treatment services (per person) but it is subject to change. For example, for Acupuncture, the minimum standard price is $50 but it may increase depending on the condition and its extent

• Group booking is only available in limited function such as yes or no drop down botton therefore please book the appointmen as in one person and state the total number of people in the comment box or book the appointments separatly. You are also welcome to call us on the individaul clinic contact number or 1800 822 698

• Cancel code will be email to you through given email address but note that it cannot be use within 24 hours before the appointment so if you do want to cancel your appointment within this time please email us your notification of cancellation to our email; massageworld@yahoo.com.au

• Practitioners that are unavailable on this website means they do not wish to be published therefore to let us know that you wish to book an appointment with them please state their name in the comment box

• Refund is only collectable at the clinic where the appointment is booked

• If you have any problem/s with our online booking or our website, please let us know by phone, mobile, email or 'Feedback' from the top menu under ‘Contact Us’

How to use our booking system?

1. Click here
2. Please fill in the boxes and select options from Name to Optional Comments
3. Please select the location of the clinic from ‘Category’
4. Please select the date from under ‘Resource’ using  or
5. Please select a tick that corresponds with the time or/ and room you want
6. Please select the treatment service and its duration from ‘Services’
7. Please select prefer practitioner at ‘Practitioner @’ location
8. Please click ‘Submit Request’ for non-payment booking or click ‘Buy Now’ for prepay booking through PayPal (do not have to have a PayPal account)
9. We will review the appointment and confirm it with you within 2 hours so please allow at least 2 hours of processing time
