Fill in required information of your name, contact number and email address

Select required information of your Health Insurances, the gender of the practitioner that you are comfortable to receive treatment from and the prefer strength of the treatment

Comments are optional and can be filled if there is additional information that you wish to let us know about. For example, prefer practitioners who are not listed on this website, area of discomfit, allergies, medication, pregnancy, recent injury, pulmonary condition, heart condition, operation and other medical conditions

Select the location of the clinic that you wish to book the appointment at from ‘Category’

Select ‘All(Day View)’ from ‘Resource’ to view all rooms available inside the clinic (Note: Red means unavailable while Green means available)

Select date by clicking on under ‘Resource’ using

Select time by clicking on the Green tick which corresponds with both the time and the room you wish the appointment to be at (Note: each tick starts at 30minutes time slots, meaning booking can only made at 9am, 9:30am, 10am, 10:30am and etc.)

Select service and duration from ‘Services’

Select prefer Practitioner who you wish to make the appointment with from ‘Practitioner @’Location

Double check the room, location, date and time on the ‘Appointment Selection’ which will appear in Blue below ‘Services’

Standard price (per person) of the treatment service for the duration will be shown at the bottom of the booking table as shown in figure 1^ (subject to change depending on discount for therapeutic massage or use of other modalities)

Click ‘Submit Request’ for booking without payment and click on ‘Buy Now’ to pay for the appointment but please be aware that all selections and other information for the appointment are not finalised until confirmation is made

The appointment will be reviewed and confirmed within 2 hours so please allow at least 2 hours of processing time
